HOW IT STARTED
It’s a small world after all. Our co-founders were on a holiday adventure in Whistler on holiday when Micha (co-founder Whatever Man) met Alain (F&B Manager at Hotel Perren Zermatt). Some years later, Alain contacts Micha to tell him he’s going to start working in a great place called Hotel Perren and he should check it out some time - the rest is history… & here we are.
WHATEVER MAN CLOTHING x HOTEL PERREN
After a couple of calls and a visit to the hotel in Zermatt, Micha & the whole crew at Hotel Perren organised a small shop-in-shop area where our Whatever Man collection could be on display and available for purchase from guests visiting from all over the world.
Even cooler - the team at Hotel Perren is decked out in Whatever Man gear as their team uniform. With the great properties of Lyocell for activewear (read all about it in our Lyocell Blog), the team at Hotel Perren comfortably wears our long sleeves every day. WHATEVER MAN LIFESTYLE x HOTEL PERREN
We believe in keeping close relationships with all our partners. In staying true to that, our Whatever Chicks, Adele & Lena visited Zermatt in December 2022 to talk about what more we could collaborate on to keep your partnership alive and dynamic along with the Hotel Perren Team: Alain, Risto & Nicolas. With our similar appreciation for outdoor adventure and making memories as a community, we planned a Whatever Man Meets Zermatt community weekend in June. We spent the weekend with our community, exploring Zermatt, from 4am wake up calls to chase the sunrise to wet & muddy flowtrails down the mountain and Schnitzel Parties to get back some energy! The team of gazgüetprovided us with fully decked out e-mountain bikes for our nature escapes. The talented Anja Zurbrüggjoined the adventure to take some snapshots of our journey and our new summer collection. And of course, the wonderful hospitality and delicious food was brought by the Hotel Perren crew (including some dangerous gin-infused after-hour local suggestions)
