How do I know how much credit I still have on my current Membership?
You can check your credit balance anytime with Lisa (lisa@whateverman.ch) or at our stores in Ruswil and Luzern.
Can my Membership expire?
Yes - your Membership and credit, expires one year after the issue date.
What do I do if my Membership has expired?
If you still want to benefit from the Membership program, you can always purchase a new Membership through our webshop.
